Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why are certain dates excluded?
A: The system automatically excludes weekends and statutory holidays. You can view specific reasons in the "Excluded Dates" table.
Q: Why is monthly salary calculation different from daily/hourly?
A: Monthly salary calculation uses a special formula that considers scheduled workdays, leave days, and overtime days to ensure more accurate calculations.
Q: Can I calculate income across multiple years?
A: Yes, but the date range is limited to last year, current year, and next year. The system will automatically load holiday data for the corresponding years.
Q: What does the exported Excel file contain?
A: The Excel file contains: Basic information (country, currency, period, etc.), paid days details (date, days, note, work content), excluded dates details (date, reason, note).
Q: Is data saved to the server?
A: No. All calculations are performed locally in your browser, and data is not uploaded to the server. We only store your theme preference and holiday data cache locally.
